By registering with the AGReach Hub Agricultural Finance and Market Access Programme, I declare that:

• The information I have supplied is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
• I understand that my information may be reviewed and verified by programme personnel.
• I understand that registration does not guarantee financing, investment, government support, purchase orders or market access.
• I consent to my information being processed for programme administration, categorization, verification and eligible opportunity matching.
• I understand that my information may be shared only with authorized programme personnel and approved opportunity partners where legally permitted and relevant.
• I understand that I can request correction of inaccurate information.
• I agree to the Privacy Notice.
• I agree to be contacted about my application and suitable programme opportunities.

Terms of Use

The platform is provided as a service to organize and categorize Nigerian agricultural stakeholders. The programme does not issue loans, guarantee financing, hold investment funds or promise market access. Any financing, purchasing, investment or commercial opportunity will be subject to separate eligibility requirements, due diligence, documentation and approval by the relevant partner.

Preliminary platform categories are subject to human review and verification. AGReach Hub may request additional information before a profile is considered verified or opportunity-ready.

The programme reserves the right to update these terms and the privacy notice. Continued participation in the programme after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
