This Privacy Notice describes how AGReach Hub collects, uses, processes and protects your personal information in connection with the Agricultural Finance and Market Access Programme.

- Personal identification (name, date of birth, gender, ID number)
- Contact information (phone, WhatsApp, email, address)
- Location data (state, LGA, community, GPS coordinates when provided)
- Farm or business profile information
- Commodity and production data
- Finance requirements and market access needs
- Uploaded documents (identification, registration certificates, financial records)
How We Use Your Information
- Programme administration and member management
- Verification and categorization of member profiles
- Matching members with eligible opportunities (with administrator approval)
- Communication about your application and relevant opportunities
- Aggregate reporting and analytics (personally identifiable information restricted to authorized roles)
Data Sharing
We do not automatically disclose member data to third parties. Information may be shared only with authorized programme personnel and approved opportunity partners where legally permitted and relevant. All opportunity matching requires administrator approval before any member data is shared.
Data Security
We use Row Level Security, role-based access controls, private document storage with signed URLs, audit logging and encryption to protect your information. Sensitive documents are stored in protected storage and are not publicly accessible.
Your Rights
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information where legally applicable
- Withdraw consent (note: this may affect your participation in the programme)
